Product Manager-Asset Management recruitment
Our client a major global player in the Asset Management industry are looking for an experienced Product Management professional to join the team. This is a high profile and business critical role
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out market research to establish a fund's viability
• Lead projects to deliver fund launches/changes
• Work closely with Client Facing Teams, Portfolio Management, Research and Strategy and Operating Teams to implement the product development agenda.
• Co-ordinate and support new product structures solutions and changes to existing structures.
• Product responsibility for a range of pooled products
• Deliver fund documentation, potentially via partnership with other members of the team.
Experience
• Current/recent experience in the investment funds industry - strong investments knowledge across a broad range of investment strategies and products is preferred.
• Experience (current/recent) in Product Management/Product development capacity gained within the Asset Management field
• Understanding/experience of Pooled Funds
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business, operations and suppliers at all levels of management up to and including Board of Director level
• Proactive approach to lead and direct change
• Strong project management skills
