Responsibilities
Manage and package existing products and capabilities into a suite of offerings for SME
Identify and develop new product opportunities/features and functionalities to enhance products and capabilities based on market demand and growth opportunities
Develop and maintain product strategy for Cash Management products for the SME segment
Be part of deal team for key SME RFP's that require Cash Management capabilities
Identify key target industry segments and developing value propositions for target segments
Support business development effort as subject matter expert on SME Cash Management requirements
Manage partnerships with key stakeholders including sales, relationship managers, operations, implementation managers, legal and compliance teams across the region
Ensure that sales teams are adequately equipped with relevant product training and marketing collateral
Requirements
Degree holder, with at least 5 years of experience in handling cash management products in the relationship management or product management space
Strong understanding of cash management products and services
Relevant product management / project management experience
