Product Manager, Content Management System

The Product Manager of the Content Management System (CMS) will be a member of the AXS Product Team. The CMS is an administrative application used by multiple business units within AEG Worldwide to manage content across global websites. The Product Manager will be responsible for collecting and translating business requirements from stakeholders into functional specifications. The Product Manager will report to a Director of Product Management.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage the requirements and vision for an enterprise content management system

·         Translate requirements from business and technical stakeholders into functional specifications

·         Write design documents as needed including screen design, page flows, business logic, error handling, reporting requirements, test cases, and operational processes

·         Work with the engineering team, communicating requirements and ensuring all product development meets the requirements

·         Manage new feature rollout schedule with Product Management team

·         Participate in Beta/​production rollout testing

·         Track/​identify bugs and open issues related to new product/​feature releases

·         Performing hands-on technical troubleshooting on a daily basis for both internal/​external teams

·         Ensure final deliverables meets business requirements

·         Assist the QA team in the creation of test case scenarios for all phases of feature product launch

·         Regularly report to management on product development status

Qualifications:

·         3-5 years experience in software or web product management, including functional design and documentation, SDLC, PRD preparation, flowcharting and UI wire-framing.​ Use of tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Word.​

·         3+ years experience in web content management, digital asset management

·         1+ years experience working with enterprise content management systems (Teamsite / Interwoven, Vignette, Day, SDL Tridion)

·         Experience with a wide range of web client technologies including: HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, Flash, Perl, PHP, ASP.​net, CMS and java content management systems.​

·         Experience with all major web browsers, web sites, web-based technologies
