Product Manager – Contract recruitment
Role Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Head of Fund Architecture to ensure the efficient and timely registration of pooled products across Europe and Asia
• The ongoing maintenance of our fund architecture to ensure offer documentation and other collateral complies with evolving regulation across the jurisdictions in which we are registered in Europe, Asia and the US will be a key focus for this role
• Deliver effective project management of agreed developments and enhancements, including detailed project planning (incorporating all key stakeholders), timelines, business and functional specifications.
• This individual will have responsibility for annual and incidental Prospectus updates
• Ability to instruct external Legal and Tax Advisors as required
• Oversee the production of business assessments to validate proposals to launch new products or enter new geographical markets
• Develop an understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, fund flows, regulatory and legislative trends across relevant geographical markets with a view to identifying and quantifying opportunities.
Experience Qualifications
• Have attained industry core professional qualification for that of a practicing investment professional e.g. Investment Management Certificate (IMC), Investment Administration Award (IAQ – Merit Award)
• Exceptional project management skills. An ability and willingness to take on new and unexpected tasks, often to meet tight timescales
• Excellent attention to detail – especially necessary for the management of fundamental offering documentation such as Prospectuses. A legal background may be useful although it is not pre-requisite for the role
• Analytical thinker with ability to contribute comprehensive research and analysis
• Educated to degree standard
