Product Manager - Electronic Trading Hedge Fund Technology
As a member of the Product Management team the role holder will effectively work towards the development and management of new and existing features for the trading platform.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be involved in the product management, customer research, planning roadmaps and product launch.
Specifically there is a focus on developing the product features of the trading platform meaning that you will have to be involved in the understanding of business requirements, be client facing, analysing data, reports, design and documentation.
Part of the responsibility will be to manage the product release, work closely with sales, account management, marketing and support.
Ensure that engineering and quality assurance teams are meeting the business requirements.
Communication skills will be important since you be creating presentations and demonstrations to clients, prospects and also internal staff.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in product management within the Financial Services industry
Excellent understanding and knowledge of electronic trading systems and financial products
Excellent project management skills required to drive projects and achieve goals within strict deadlines
Must possess initiative to creatively find solutions to problems
Possess outstanding attention to detail with the ability to listen, understand and communicate customer requirements effectively
Strong communication and presentation skills; excellent written and spoken English
Willing to work and live in Hong Kong
