Product Manager EMEA – Desktop Solutions recruitment
Interactive Data's Trading Solutions group provides desktop services to Energy and Commodities traders - we seek a Product Manager to act as an expert in this field, driving the business forward with product strategy, business development and providing support at every stage of the sales process. This role will have primary ownership for the desktop products we sell in EMEA today whilst also giving clear guidance to the development team on enhancemenets that are required to increase revenue short-term.
You will be expected to build a strategy for EMEA working with the global product team, sales and senior management in order to double the growth of this business in the next 24 months - you will be required to conduct research, market sizing and competitive analysis. Extensive client interaction and communication on product specs and requirements will also be required, as well as the ability to create innovative and unique product positioning by understanding client needs and pain points. You will be expected to have an established network of clients and partners in order to achieve this.
You will be an accomplished manager with a track record of delivering growth through enhanced or new products. You will be a self-motivated individual who relishes being at the forefront of business activities and thrives on your own successes and those of the team and organisation. You will be a strong cvommunicator with excellent time-management skills, with a good knowledge of market data, the marketplace and the trading environment. Fluency in a major European language would be an advantage.
