Product Manager for EMEA Global Custody Funds business – VP (Based in London) recruitment

Function Overview
The EMEA Funds Product Manager will report to the Global Head of Integrated Services and
will be responsible for the day to day product management of the Global Custody EMEA Custody fund business. The EMEA Custody funds business consists of two products:

Mutual Funds Settlement Service (including Custody and Asset Servicing)
A full Fund Order Routing and Settlement Service covering mutual and hedge funds
The EMEA GC Fund Product Manager will be responsible for the product governance, oversight and definition of the two products. In addition, he or she
will be expected to be (or become) a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the EMEA Custody Funds business providing thought leadership and guidance on all product aspects of the funds business, working closely with our business partners in Operations, Risk, Technology, Product Development, Compliance, and Sales / Relationship Management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The key roles and responsibilities will include:
Defining and documenting the standard product definition and ensuring
the product stays within the agreed product definitionSetting strategy to ensure the product is deemed to be
best in class and meets clients objectivesEnsuring the product definition supports the goal of maximum automation, minimised operational risk and optimised marginActing as a product evangelist / SME with our
product partnersWorking with Sales / RMs on existing / prospective client opportunities / ensure client experience expectations are metManaging the legal and regulatory landscape to ensure the product conforms to current regulations (and is prepared for future regulations)Working with Operations to ascertain the best operational model, defining
the cost to serve model setting and monitoring the
product pricing accordinglyManaging the product P/L and setting and managing to revenue targetsWorking with platform partners on the product roadmap and
developments, and business justifications for the productWorking
with the industry to ensure JPM are at the forefront of new industry developments and maximising new capabilitiesEnsuring the EMEA Custody funds product offerings are consistent and aligned with our global funds product offerings across Investor Services

Qualifications

and
front office / trade execution would be advantageousExtensive experience in the broader financial services market (Global Custody, Clearing, Securities Services, Brokerage and Investment Management, Transfer Agency ) in a Project Management / Change Management capacity.
The role is based in London but will involve regular interaction and travel with J.P. Morgan teams across the globe
