Product Manager – Global Asset Manager recruitment
Responsibilities include:
The implementation of changes to our clients existing global product ranges (UCITS Investment Funds) and for ensuring new funds are prepared for launch in terms of regulation under the UCITS IV directive
• Management and co-ordination of country registration and translations
• Post launch support provided on ongoing projects through close liaison with Product Development, external legal advisors and local regulators
• Maintaining appropriate change control and business risk assessment throughout the implementation process
• Reporting to management and Board of Directors
• Project manage and review financial statements and long for report
• Assist/coordinate cross boarder registrations
• Maintain and update KIIDs for all UCITS funds
• Organisation of external vendors and internal stakeholders at varying levels of seniority for the smooth operation and accuracy of fund launches, mergers or closures
• Undertaking a significant amount of project based activities
