Description
The Product Manager role is based within Cash Management Services, EMEA; providing transactional banking services to GTS and Corporate customers.
The role of the Product Manager is to to work on the UK domestic electronic payment proposition (BACS and Faster Payments) across Corporate and GTS.
Responsibilities
· To manage the Bacs proposition across all sectors
· To provide Subject Matter Expertise to wider projects (such as 7 Day Account Switching)
· To engage with the UK banking industry in the collaborative space to develop new solutions
· To support the development and delivery of payables/receivables solutions to UK customers
· Agree business briefs that will deliver the appropriate solutions and implement them in partnership with internal business partners: Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance and Segments
· By using strong project and relationship management disciplines ensure developments are delivered on time and to standard
