Product Manager II - CDHC

This PD/PM level 2 position's responsibilities include but not limited to- a) Provide product development/management and business analytical support on multiple go to market workstreams (e.g., benefits, pricing/underwriting, legal/regulatory/compliance, training, marketing, sales, case install, etc) b) Support national product planning and strategy assessment and roadmap c) Support regional and national account product presale, product implementation, post sale/open enrollment d) Audit, maintain and enhance supporting tools and reference materials on CDHC for CA and ROCs (e.g., master FAQs, RFP responses for marketing database, @HPI, brokernet, employernet, kp.org, etc) e) Audit, maintain and improve metrics tracking; consolidate and interpret KP internal and external vendor metrics relevance and application in KP f) Execute and improve audit efforts for CDHC (e.g., trusted merchant, OTC HCR compliance, etc) g) Support employer relationship management with account management teams, including issue resolution and project management of escalated issue areas Competencies include but not limited to a)Plans/facilitates/leads simple to moderate project team meetings, work streams, deliverables, and PDMP processes, b) Manages work of self and the team, c) Applies marketplace acumen, competitive analysis and positioning information, d) Knows KP products features and benefits, (CDHC knowledge a plus ) e) Develops scope statement, develops and maintains project plans for simple to moderate projects project work stream, assesses project risk, uses influence to accomplish work, f) Displays emotional intelligence, demonstrates compelling communication, shows initiative, able to work in ambiguous environment with support. g) Strong analytical, spreadsheet, powerpoint, writing skills Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health or related field or equivalent experience. - 2-5 years of experience of key customers and/or healthcare industry. - Product/Market needs analysis with a focus in a specified market segment. - Frequent use and/or application of basic product and project management principles, theories, and concepts. - Working knowledge of industry practices and standards, with some knowledge of benefits, benefits administration and health care delivery from either or both a provider and payor perspective along with insurance industry practices and systems. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), or Master's degree in Public Health (MPH). - 2 - 5 years of experience in Health Insurance, Health Plan Administration, Healthcare, or Benefit Administration preferred. - Product Management Program level experience.
