Description
Drives and manages the global strategies around suite products within the Eagle solution set: Performance Measurement and Accounting. Guides the strategy, pricing, feature functionality, and development area of specialization for new and existing technology client initiatives. Become a visible individual in the marketplace including periodic speaking engagements in industry events, granting interviews to trade publications, etc. As product manager, has decision-making authority over product direction by determining the relative priority of deliverables and the allocation of the discretionary portion of the RD budget in order to produce innovative solutions to solve existing and, more importantly, future needs. The product management team works collaboratively with the development management group to ensure there is a balance between functional deliverables and technology/architecture enhancements. Deep understanding of the market in area of specialization, including competitors, industry groups, regulatory bodies, etc. Demonstrated experience in financial management of complex products/managing a P/L effectively. Skills in guiding/building an organization through strategic change. Recognized leader. Strong analytical skills. Strategic thinking. The ability to identify, interpret and prioritize marketplace trends, client needs, and industry requirements to establish goals. Exceptional interpersonal skills towards the accomplishment of goals through others, including peers, and other function/business areas of the company. Demonstrated ability to lead ad-hoc and structured teams in successful achievement of goals within established time parameters. In depth knowledge of the investment management process. Strong technical knowledge. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build networks and business partnerships. Results oriented. MBA or BS/BA and equivalent work experience. Minimum of 15 years experience; 10 of which must be in the Investment Management Performance and Analytics or investment accounting business depending on area of specialization.
