A DecisionHealth Product Manager is innovative, proactive, willing to take risks and able to think outside the box to deliver to health-care providers solutions to day-to-day operational challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for a group of existing products and services, and for developing new ones based on your acquired industry knowledge and your contact with customers and prospects. As Product Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal service teams, including editorial, marketing, sales, IT, design and production.

As Product Manager you will:

·         Drive products in your group through the life cycle from conception/expansion to launch

·         Have full PL responsibility for your suite of products and services

·         Specify product requirements and/or enhancements based on market and competitive research

·         Communicate regularly with customers and prospects to identify and refine market needs

·         Monitor industry trends and buyer behavior

·         Work with marketing and sales

·         Create compelling solutions to market challenges

·         Assume ownership of customer satisfaction

Our ideal candidate will possess:

Five or more years of product and/or project management in information services, print and electronic, which includes publishing, professional education and training (online and onsite), and e-solutions; some knowledge of the health care industry is highly desirable; excellent communications skills, verbal and written; proven track record of successful project management; consistent history of meeting or exceeding goals.
