Position Description:
SunGard provides solutions for the insurance industry in each of the following major business lines: life and health, annuities and pensions, property and casualty, reinsurance and asset management. SunGard's software and services support functions from the front-office through the back-office, from customer service, policy administration and actuarial calculations to financial and investment accounting and reporting.
Job Overview:

The purpose of the role is to support the iWorks Risk Management executive management team in

• Integrating the Workflow and Process Management components of client projects into a best practice product
• Creating and maintaining a data base structure to support overall risk management, including Prophet data and the wider risk picture
• Designing and maintaining dashboard and reporting tools to visualise the overall risk profile of an organisation
• Working with the technical consultancy team to "harvest" tools and best practices developed on site
• Manage the delivery of the resulting product roadmap to market

Maintain close relationships with the market (customers, evaluators, and potentials) and the implementation teams for awareness of client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the technical consultancy team on each implementation to identify potential configurations/tools for inclusion in the ERM Platform.
• Provide oversight of strategy, technical, and marketing aspects the platform
• Analyse product profitability and sales success/failures
• Create and maintain the business plan for the platform, including pricing
• Position the product for all markets and all buyer types
• Liaise with marketing over go-to-market plans
• Analyse the competitive landscape
• Maintain the product roadmap
• Monitor industry innovations
• Define user personas for individual products
• Write product requirements and use scenarios
• Ensure that specifications and product development activities follow the agreed upon roadmap.
