Morgan Investment Analytics Consulting (IAC) group provides institutions with the information they need to make more informed investment decisions. IAC provides reporting of performance measurement, attribution, investment risk, and manager analysis. Our over 250 clients around the world include corporate and public DB/DC pensions, endowments and foundations, investment managers, insurance companies, treasurers, and banks. IAC is a department within Worldwide Securities Services, a global leader in providing asset servicing to institutional investors. Positions responsibilities: To support continued business growth, we are currently expanding our IAC product management team, which is headquartered in New York. As an IAC Product Analyst, you will work with the IAC Product Manager to assist in managing the day-to-day global IAC business. Responsibilities will include the following: · Taking end-to-end ownership of multiple projects, including developing action plans and determining and following through on next steps. · Managing prospect deals that IAC is bidding on, including determining pricing, responding to written proposal requests, tracking won/lost deals, and ensuring the appropriate contracts are signed. · Creating new marketing materials that will improve the external perception of IAC and assist the J.P. Morgan sales force in communicating to prospects. · Writing business requirements for reporting and technology enhancements that will improve the competitiveness of the IAC product. · Working with numerous cross-functional teams and partners, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Relationship Management, Client Service, Risk/Compliance, and external vendors. · Assisting in vendor management, including new sourcing research. Requirements: Through their past experience, ideal candidates will have demonstrated a history of the following: · Ability to take sole ownership of complicated projects - including determining detailed action steps, following through, and arriving at successful outcomes. · Ability to solve problems, especially for new or unique challenges or roadblocks that arise. · Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and internal and external partners who do not have reporting lines into IAC. · Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to track and reconcile financial data without errors. · Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written presentation. · Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat. · Experience in product management in a financial services or consumer goods setting. Knowledge of investments or investment analysis a plus.
