Product Manager-IVR/IRT
BioClinica is currently seeking a Product Manager- IVR/IRT to work in our audubon, PA office.
Primary Responsibilities
The Product Manager is focused on clinical trial products and services as it relates to Clinical IVR/IRT Technology. In this capacity this position is responsible for working with other BioClinica experts to perform product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:
- Gathering, documenting and prioritizing external and internal customer requirements through field work and customer/employee workshops
- Surveying the competitive landscape, compiling competitive information and then developing actionable competitive intelligence
- Working with BioClinica experts and customers to define the product vision, and working closely with product development, operations, sales, marketing and support to maintain a product roadmap for delivery dates, and leading through the product introduction gate process
- Ensure that the products support the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Develop, execute and maintain the product roadmap
- Ensure proper sun-setting and system/technology retirement plans are executed according to Product Life Cycle process
The Product Manager is expected to:
- Work collaboratively with BioClinica and customer experts to define product strategies and requirements, and work with product development to develop roadmap showing deliverables, schedule, features and benefits
- Present Product Strategy to both new and existing customers as well as BioClinica Senior Management
- Deliver User Requirements Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Contribute directly to development efforts by performing utility roles including requirements documentation, facilitation, UI conceptualization and design, etc.
- Make a positive impact on BioClinica customer relationships
- Be an expert with respect to the competition and operational best practices in the clinical supply, forecasting and IVRS markets
- Maintain and report on product financials and capitalization
- Act as a product visionary and leader within the company
- Represent BioClinica at industry events
- Present to senior management and customers
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working with IRT/IVR technology collaboratively across business stakeholders, technology organizations and customers.
- Deep understanding of the IRT/IVR technology in the clinical trial applications
- 3+ years of experience with clinical trial applications and services, and a working knowledge of clinical trial process
- Experience in developing marketing and user requirements for software applications highly desirable
