Position Description
Product Manager
Vaco has a client in the financial services industry that has a need for an ecommerce Product Manager. The eCommerce Transfers Product Manager will develop and maintain annual release roadmaps for consumer facing, support infrastructure, and operational enhancements - and lead the execution of that roadmap, coordinating efforts and aligning activities across both internal and external organizations. Includes improving existing processes, and championing new processes, to ensure the delivery of industry leading capabilities - quickly and with high quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct, design and initiate eCommerce transfers and payments initiatives and strategies for online/mobile platforms
- Execute delivery of key enhancements for online/mobile payment and transfer services
- Leverage technical knowledge to help design and implement complex, highly visible projects
- Monitor and manage consumer feedback (voice of customer) on payments and transfers products, and work to eliminate gaps in our E2E money movement strategy
Requirements:
- Candidate must be high energy, self-motivated, well organized and experienced managing multiple high-complexity initiatives
- Candidate must be experienced managing the delivery of consumer financial services through online and/or mobile channel
- Candidate must be highly adaptable and experienced working in a dynamic work environment
- Candidate should be familiar with online integration technology, development, testing and deployment methodologies
- Ideal candidate has subject matter expertise (eCommerce, ACH, Mobile, Gift Cards, etc)
- 7+ years of related experience
