Primary Job Objective
This position is responsible for driving business by initiating and supporting all product line initiatives including, but not limited to:
•New product development
•Existing line modifications
•Program conversions
•Competitive testing
•Sales/marketing opportunities
•Customer requests
•Outsource vendor management
•All internal operational requirements
Job Tasks
•Promotes product success through communication and product management.
•Seeks to increase customer satisfaction by researching and identifying opportunities to improve products.
•Promotes product line’s long-term success through appropriate strategic planning.
Requirements
•This position requires a Marketing Degree with at least 2 years direct product line management experience.
•Experience in the caulk/sealant industry or building materials industry preferred.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
•Product development and/or technical aptitude desired.
