Located in outer western suburbs, this leading office supplier is looking for a Product Manager to grow a brand portfolio and to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
Reporting into the National Merchandising Manager, you will be assisting the execution of all marketing and merchandising strategies assigned to your product category. Preparing and managing the weekly sales forecasts / inventory forecasts for each product with in the brand portfolio. You will be Managing the advertising and marketing spend of the brand portfolio, and conducting market research to analyse market trends, seek out new products and delete existing ones.
To apply for this role you need at least 2 years experience working in a Product Managers position or as a buyer in the small electronic buying/merchandising environment with a proven ability to effectively manage a new product portfolio. Experience in market research relating to market trends and strong negotiation skills are needed with knowledge of the retail environment within the retail and wholesale consumer electronic office accessory/stationary industry preferred.
