GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
CL Support Services, the management company for Olshan Foundation Repair, has a need for a Product Manager. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, sales and profitability of specified products. Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum growth while supporting company initiatives and maintaining companies core values and profitability. Works with General Managers, Certified Structural Technicians and Locations to establish plans and strategies to expand the products customer base. Contributes to the development of training for CST’s, Production and Management.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the product planning and implementation throughout the product life cycle.
· Promote Product to affiliated companies, vendors and other shareholders.
· Educate affiliated companies about the product and it’s different applications
· Establish Revenue Growth goals for the product and be accountable for the results.
· Improve develop Quality Assurance programs for the product
· Assist in the development of a profitable pricing matrix for the product for all affiliated companies
· Assist in the development of Marketing Materials
· Assist in the development, training implementation of sales techniques to the sales force to promote the product.
· Assist in trouble shooting technically difficult warranty problems and find resolutions for customers and the company.
· Identify and Innovate product developments and new applications for our products and services that are marketable.
· Work with vendors to bring the product to market while controlling cost and improving quality.
· Develop, Implement and Document procedures for installation, sales quality assurance that benefit the company and encourage growth of the product.
· Develop an in depth knowledge of competitive products, services, pricing and marketing initiatives.
· Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education-
· Bachelor’s Degree
Experience-
· 5-7 years of experience in sales/sales management/installation
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities-
· Proven leadership and ability to communicate with sales, production, office and management
· Ability to control expenses to meet budget guidelines
· Be a recognized expert in the field by the affiliated companies and within the industry
· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
· Ability to travel
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
