Job Description:
Siemens Healthcare is currently seeking a Product Manager for the Managed Services team. The incumbent will assist with the development of product/services that are profitable, supportable, scalable, and present evident value to customers in a Healthcare Enterprise environment. The Product Manager collects customer business requirements, existing infrastructure, experience objectives and budgetary constraints and effectively develops compelling, value added service solutions that meet customer needs and ensure supportability and financial viability throughout the Quality Life cycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to quickly develop Managed Services MS Solutions product knowledge and foster strong, sustainable customer relationships
• Develop internal partnerships with Sales Staff, Peers, and Management
• Gain and maintain knowledge of implementation processes for Billing, Finance and Operations
• Support solutions portion of customer proposals and provide support with pricing, cost structure, and Product/Service Demonstrations
• Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing/sales support material for solution launch
• Assist in transitioning solutions to operational groups
• Leverage Product Management and Technology Teams on positioning, product development needs and competitive feedback
• Provide direction to internal and customer key stakeholders for Business Development
• Participate in Client Solution Development Meetings - Pre, Post and during the Implementation Phase • Attend Internal Solution Development Progress Meetings during Solution Development Phase
• Provide Feedback to Managed Services Product Management to help continually improve the solutions being developed and ensure customer requirements are met

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience evaluating and monitoring products/solutions throughout all stages of Quality Life Cycle (proposal, definition, build, validation, production, end of enhancements, end of availability, and end of support)
• Proven history of success developing/writing business plans and product introduction plans, on a global or regional basis. Experience with Contracts and fundamental knowledge of the legal components involved preferred
•Ability to interface with sales and develop strong cross functional partnerships at all levels
•Healthcare and/or IT Industry experience will be given preference
• 5-7 years’ experience and Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
•Minimal travel up to 10%, as required
