The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for managing technical activities of product and reporting functionality within the Middle Market product line. You will be involved with technical product implementation, maintenance and migrations for several third party products and platforms. Including: functionality and gap analysis, data delivery flow, product requirements, user experience and user acceptance testing, operational and implementation impact analysis. Ability to become subject matter expert on the technical products that support this product and feel comfortable training internal partners. Additionally you will establish product flow and client impact documentation to ensure the integration of internal systems and operations that interface with the product. This position is complete end to end technical product management with emphasis on process improvements and customer experience.
