Product Manager Job in Watertown 02472, Massachusetts US
Market Intelligence: With input from Marketing team and Product Lead, lead research that informs our existing offerings portfolio. Provide customer and market input into the product planning efforts, managed by the Product Lead.
Life Cycle Management: Serve as day to day point of contact for the offering, for colleagues across the organization to enable:
· sales (joining sales on an exception basis)
· operational efficiency (simplifying and communicating the process flow)
· daily maintenance needs (researching the issue and triaging to appropriate stakeholder)
· release plans (focusing on response accuracy and timeliness)
Ongoing Sales and Services Enablement:
· Manage the development of
o Sales tools such as presentations, demos, proposal templates
o Best practice materials, such as implementation guides, and deployment tools.
· Train and support the organization at large on the offering. Serve as point of contact as needed to continue to enable Sales and Services, in coordination with Delivery Team. This includes:
o Internal webinars (state of the offering)
o Newsletter, if applicable (focused on training, trends, and learnings)
o Distributor training sessions (technology sessions, documentation reviews)
o Learning Services continued education
· Work with Marketing to articulate and refine offering messaging, differentiation and competitive positioning.
Metrics and Measurement:
· Synthesize and report monthly updates on trends to management and team, including:
o Revenue
o Pipeline
o Implementations
o Customizations
o Maintenance, including customer service trends
· Inform business cases for future releases, derivative work, and new offerings
