Position Description:

Job Goals:
This position is responsible for the product management and marketing development of select pharmaceutical products. The creation, development and implementation of business plans and strategies to increase sales and maximize operating profits. This position will support all new product development and market introductions and provide technical expertise and training to customers and to our sales force.
Education, Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing with 4 or more years of experience in brand or product marketing, pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Project management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills
• Marketing data analysis is a plus
• Strong computer skills as it relates to the position-PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Ability to travel 25%
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
• Is responsible for the product management of select pharmaceutical products manufactured at global Healthcare Markets sites-includes price/proposal development, product inventory plans, testing regimens and the development of customer validation programs.
• Responsible for the development of business plans and marketing plans to increase sales and ultimately operating profits of the product portfolio. Conduct market research and analysis to support business plans.
• Provide training, samples and technical support to the global sales teams, customer service departments and global distribution partners.
• Assist in the generation of new product ideas, new product development and commercialization of new products.
• Develop all product/service support materials such as promotion, validation guides, tests data, collateral materials, advertizing, web based elements, and trade show preparation.
