Product Manager / Program Manager recruitment

The Product Manager will be the product owner of the workflow strategy and technology solutions and will be responsible for working with the CTO function and IT to develop and deliver workflow across Group Operations.
Responsibilities:
• Articulate the workflow strategy and sponsor the development and deployment of the new tools across Operations; articulate the business architecture and develop the Workflow Management operating model
• Responsible for the overall Workflow Management function including CTB and RTB capabilities
• Manage the governance process around (a) functional capability and (b) deployment support model. Provide overall Programme Management for the delivery of workflow across Operations, including status reporting, upcoming deliverables, dependencies, risks etc
• Be responsible for the overall CTB budget and delivery capacity model in conjunction with IT partners
• Be the Product Owner for functional capability; prioritize the book of work in conjunction with the Operations users, define functional requirements; provide UAT sign-off against functional capabilities
• Represent the Workflow strategy and delivery roadmap at the Workflow Design Authority forum
• Own, maintain and enforce the use of the strategic workflow tools as part of the Group Operations change agenda
• Define / articulate:
o The delivery model roles and responsibilities of users
o Standards and principles of use to drive efficiency and maximize the usability of the tools
o Responsibility for IT adherence to workflow principles
o Deployment methodology and support model
Requirements
• Degree (or equivalent) education level and strong technical / Business Process Management knowledge
• Proven Programme Management capability
• Able to think strategically and at a cross functional level
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong delivery focus
• Ability to manage virtual teams as well as direct reports
• Good exposure and experience to various workflow tools and re-engineering process
