In this role you will be responsible for contributing to revenue and growth objectives by developing effective business development strategies to increase sales, client numbers and profitability. You will interact with Finance Brokers to introduce the debtor finance business to the network. You will assist with the management and retention of all customers. You will assist with the writing of submissions and proposals and you will engage in a disciplined calling program.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong experience in Debtor Finance (cashflow finance), preferably both in sales and operations
- Proven product development and/or business analyst skills
- Marketing strategy and project management skills
- Experience with process mapping and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills
- Change management exposure
- Strong track record of continuous improvement in systems and process
- Advanced Microsoft Office
