Product Manager recruitment
Responsible for the management of deposit products and support the development of other products in this area. Working for a leading bank based in Sydney.
Major accountabilities of this position include:
• Provide input into the development of product strategy which integrates marketing strategy with customer needs to achieve portfolio objectives
• Project manage and product / portfolio initiative by applying the Product Development Life cycle (PDLC) discipline
• Identify opportunities for new product and channel access
• Retention activities through managing and activating dormant accounts is part of the portfolio management responsibilities that will require close attention
• Review and re-forecast portfolio performance
• Working with and developing a strong relationship with third parties to drive product / portfolio growth
• Ensure that all products are compliant with internal standards and regulatory requests.
To be successful in the role you should have:
• 2 to 3 years experience in product management
• Proven track record in driving business performance through portfolio management
• Thorough understanding of revenue / cost drivers of products, deposits beneficial
• Banking industry knowledge and where possible regulations deposit products.
• Current based in Australia with full work rights and clear communication skills.
