Product Manager recruitment

Positions include extensive ETP (Exchange Traded Products) knowledge and expertise in exchange distribution channel infrastructures, business analytics, project management, relationship management, marketing and sales.

The successful candidate will be a self driven individual, yet a team player, with strong business experience, leadership capacities, and ability to communicate effectively complementing current set of advanced skills and experiences of our team. The candidate has also to demonstrate successful experiences in multi-cultural and cross-team work environments.

The candidate’s skills set should enable him to translate client needs into effective commercial proposal contributing to both business preservation and growth.
 

Business development
• Contribute to the definition of the ETP group strategy and priorities for business preservation and growth;
• Manage the entire services cycle, from design strategic planning to tactical execution and reliable running;
• Develop new services, based on conducted market research and advanced understanding of client needs;
• Write and maintain all relevant, current and new, service documentation, such as business cases, service requirements, pricing and policies;
• Analyze potential partner relationships for the service.

Client relationship
• Preserve and expand in-depth relationships with the ETP community;
• Manage primarily relations with issuers, liquidity providers and distribution partners;
• Source client intelligence and explore opportunities for business growth;
• Assist the RMs (Relationship managers) team on member firms queries and demands.

Marketing and Sales
• Engage existing and new clients across Europe on our services offering in close collaboration with the RMs team;
• Create and present content on product education and key messages aiming to connect and expand the ETP community;
• Collaborate with the relevant teams in the execution of the different promotion events;
• Ensure that any unrelated ETP queries are directed and responded by the relevant teams;
• Follow-up and produce insightful reports on client activity and trends for internal and external audiences;
• Track the competitive landscape and regularly evaluate whether repositioning is required;

• Strong sense of accountability, self motivation and high degree of autonomy;
• Excellent verbal and written communications;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Dutch native speaker and high professional level of English.

Experience
• The candidate must be a graduate in finance or business or equivalent, and 5 to 7 years minimum of professional experience with a track record of successful delivery in the capital markets sector;
• At least 2 years of experience with ETPs and related services.
