Overview:
Trust and Agent Services, Corporate Trust: With major offices in New York, California, London, Frankfurt, Milan, Lisbon, Hong Kong and Tokyo the Corporate Trust team at Deutsche Bank has long been recognised as a leader in the provision of Trustee and related Agency services to the global debt and global securitisation markets. It supports structures from the simplest to the most complex, covering Asset Backed Securities, Structured Credit Services, Eurobonds, Euro Medium Term Note and Commercial Paper programmes, Escrows, Project Finance, Tenders and Exchanges and Islamic Finance.

The role is broad ranging, focused on the strategic development of the business with an emphasis on escrow services, supporting the ongoing profitability and market share of the business and coordinating with the EMEA Financial Institution (FI) Sales team to enhance and develop the existing product suite whilst operating in line with GTB Product Management objectives

Key Responsibilities:
You will identify new product and product extension opportunities in Corporate Trust EMEA, working in conjunction with Corporate Trust EMEA business groups and the FI sales team.

You will be responsible for ensuring Corporate Trust EMEA product delivery is in line with global product objectives of the Global Transaction Banking Product Management Group leveraging synergies and accessing all internal business channels.

You will have an active role in contributing to thought leadership of the Product, including contributing to articles, seminars and conferences that further enhance Deutsche Bank's position and profile in the capital markets.

You will also engage closely with Global Technology, Operations and the Product to facilitate the Product Management governance of the annual technology budget for Trust and Agency Services globally. A greater list of your responsibilities can be seen below.

You will be responsible for product plan/strategy, encompassing new idea generation through to product delivery.
You will be responsible for the completion of New Product Approval control process as appropriate.
You will be responsible for the direct project management of each new product development.
You will be responsible for product enhancements to existing Corporate Trust EMEA capabilities.
You will complete industry and competitor analysis including the ongoing gathering and tracking of internal and external data.
Understand product revenue, expense, and profit drivers.
You will be responsible for product costing and business case preparation.
You will be responsible for the negotiation of new product contracts with external vendors / Deutsche Bank Internal groups in conjunction with Business Head and Deutsche Bank Legal.
You will responsible for Market Advocacy - Attendance at product/industry-specific conferences providing material / sitting on panels where appropriate.
You will show an understanding in legal and regulatory changes for existing Corporate Trust products and identify resultant product opportunities.
You will engage both directly and indirectly in GTB Product Management integration and horizontal initiatives

You will have:
Strong experience in Transaction Banking and in particular Escrow products and services.
A good understanding of the Product Management discipline, and will have an end-to-end process driven management approach.
Strong analytical skills
A performance and result oriented workstyle and strong business acumen
The ability to analyse business situations and identify product opportunities
Experience at interacting widely through a banking organisation
