Product Manager – Registrations and Listings Coordinator UCITS recruitment
Responsibilities
- Registering, cross-registering, listing and cross-listing products and business funds inEuropeand worldwide.
- Supporting the strong governance and control framework in place across the business with robust processes and procedures in place to meet all regulatory and statutory obligations.
- Supporting the establishment of new or changed product structures solutions. Facilitate production of legal documentation.
- Assisting in supporting the boards of the products funds and businesses funds (Organisation of board meetings and board documentation.)
Experience
- Knowledge of the regulatory and corporate environment for UCITS funds.
- Knowledge of registration, cross-registration, listing and cross-listings requirement.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to lead and direct change.
Successful candidates are likely to have worked in the Product Management or the Legal Department's of investment managers and have a good knowledge of investment management, and regulatory jurisdictions. Key personal attributes will also include a high level of intellectual agility and creativity.
