Product Manager, Retail Lending recruitment
Key Roles Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and wishes, and key factors in competitive differentiation, to support design and development of the most profitable product and services.
Perform the necessary analysis before any campaign or product launch.
Agree with Sales on the target and timeline where applicable.
Responsible for development and launch of new products to market, and the transfer of existing products to new markets or channels.
Develop marketing programmes to acquire new customers, retain existing customers and deepen customer relationships.
* Liaise with other integral functions (such as Operations/ Credit/ Legal/ Sales/ Customer Services/ Support) to ensure effective design, development and subsequent delivery of product.
* Comply with Product Development Documentation (PDD) process and guidelines.
* Comply with Group Compliance Standards and Group Policies, local laws and regulations and Code of Conduct.
Develop campaigns, communications and events to support the presentation of new and enhanced products to markets.
Take accountability for product performance through management of product design and ongoing re-evaluation of products to ensure maximised performance.
Seek most appropriate marketing opportunities, organises campaigns, promotions and events and manages all publicity for branding and acquisition. And ensure effective implementation and within budget.
Identify and utilize most appropriate product specific marketing channels and analyses their effectiveness.
Arrange for compilation and interprets market and campaign data for use in product decisions.
Qualifications Skills
A University degree from recognised institution
Good communication skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Strong planning organisation skills
With product development markerting experience in banking will be an added advantage
