The Product Manager is responsible for managing a suite of ANZ Transactional Products Proposition incorporating product strategy, product life-cycle management, product definition, product proposition development, launch and commercialisation. You will manage Product profitability and growth, prioritise initiatives to improve revenue/reduce costs and manage Product processes to improve efficiencies

This will also include developing and launching new Deposit Products in line with the deposits strategy of the bank, conceptualizing and run campaigns and promotions driven by portfolio analysis. You will contribute to product strategies, support sales efforts, segment strategy implementation as well as proposition development. Working towards excellent customer experience/satisfaction/retention will be of prime importance.

The role holder will also assist in creating and maintaining debit card penetration, brand awareness and unique positioning in the market, with the aim of building transaction volumes and gaining enhanced transaction account balances. Strict adherence to policies and procedures is also important to the role.

Qualifications:

The appointee will require Product Management experience, Portfolio Management experience and Transactional products knowledge. Excellent planning and organisation skills will also be required.
