The Role:
The product manager will support the larger team with development of all aspects of the product line for Chase's new local commerce business. This dynamic position will provide a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing senior leaders across the Chase organization. The position will offer an opportunity to:
- Design, build and deliver differentiated product capabilities in support of this new group
- Analyze the competitive set for trends, changes, weaknesses to assess impact and opportunities
- Design research, gather insights to inform long-term product roadmap
- Coordinate product launch activities along with lead operational teams to ensure successful customer experience and readiness
- Work closely with Chase marketing business teams to support all marketing efforts and drive customer engagement with the product
- Identify potential technology/business partners and execute a strategy to launch new product capabilities
This cross-functional position will need to work with various teams throughout Chase to help drive long-term product differentiation and profitable growth.
Qualifications:
The requirements for this role are as follows:
· 7+ years working in product management
· Product launch and lifecycle management experience required
· Strong expertise in consumer marketing with a strong focus on digital channels
· In-depth understanding of consumer behavior and structuring consumer research
· Creative innovative leader with strong communication skills required
· Ability to work independently, as a well as lead cross-functional teams
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
· Advanced degree a plus
