Product Manager, UCITS
Excellent career opportunity offered by this prestigious US asset management house. The role will suit a high calibre graduate with an excellent academic record, ideally to include a relevant professional qualification (CFA qualification/studies strongly preferred) and significant experience gained from the fund management industry. This experience will include knowledge of pooled funds, particularly Dublin Luxembourg UCITS.
This is a key role within the firm’s institutional business and will require the successful candidate to act as subject matter expert and first point of contact for front line relationship managers and product managers. As such, in-depth knowledge of European fund structures (Luxembourg and/or Dublin UCITS), fund documentation and related areas e.g. taxation will be essential. Previous experience may be from a product development/management environment and will, ideally include previously supporting a sales/relationship team within an institutional or wholesale funds environment and applicants must demonstrate superior communication skills, together with a strong client focus. Applicants will have good knowledge of KIID and fund document coordination, together with experience of country registrations, tax reporting and data management experience.
The role will involve the investigation of fund related queries, developing and preparing marketing and other client-related materials, coordinating the onboarding of new accounts and undertaking ad hoc research and analysis where required. Project management skills are essential as the successful candidate will be expected to lead and /or contribute to a wide range of funds related projects. Previous experience of working in a complex multinational organisation will be useful as the role involves regular liaison
