Mission of role

The Product Manager(PM) is responsible for achieving the sales and profit targets of the assigned products and platforms. The PM manages the assigned products to maximize customer satisfaction and create an environment to enable retention and competitor conversions. The PM ensures efficient and timely communications regarding the assigned products and coordinates support to exhibitions, reference site development and management and BU training activities related to the assigned products. The PM supports the Business Manager in providing BU-specific market assessment, competitive analysis, budget development and business guidance and interface to the global Business Unit’s. They are an ambassador for the Siemens and the branch

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·         Candidate MUST have prior experience product managing a complex product line, preferable within the Diagnostics field

·         Degree or relevant professional qualification.

·         Formal marketing training e.g. certificate or diploma in Marketing. 

·         Presentation skills

Essential  Experience (today and in future)

·         Experience of working in the Clinical Diagnostics Marketplace.

·         Proven experience in responsibility for product launch and life cycle management.

·         Experience of managing and developing direct reports. Proven motivational and leadership skills. Ability to maintain a professional manner under all circumstances.
