Product Manager (UX / UI)
We're looking for an Innovative Product Manager with a broad knowledge and expertise in user experience disciplines that is ready for the next step. You'll be responsible to redefine and to enhance the user experience for multi-audience, multi-geographic B2C websites. You'll interface with marketing and business teams across the company and work cross-functionally to determine the best online experience and its execution. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Understanding the needs of all stakeholders in the company and translate them into requirements
- Defining the overall UX strategy plan
- Defining the roadmap with stakeholders, manage the work distribution of the IT team for each project and measure the effectiveness of execution
- Developing and measuring key metrics that enable the tracking of conversion rate optimisation
- Analysing the website's content and strategising its optimisation to increase site traffic flow and successful conversion rate on all of our websites
- Providing leadership to the development team and foster a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
- Evangelizing and promoting experience optimisation methods and techniques through the organisation
- Reassessing the information architecture and keeping it current and relevant, continuously evaluating current user behaviour and site design and structure
- Evolving and creating intuitive user experiences by deciphering current site traffic trends and user behaviour into insights for design
- Creating wireframes, site maps, interaction flows and other deliverables as necessary to communicate

Main requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Experienced in A/B testing and advanced knowledge in PHP development
- 3 to 5 years in product management and prior experience in software development and web engineering
- Strong experience in UI / UX design and scalability for web applications
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile and scrum environment
Nice to have
- Experience in customer care and community relations
- Open source experience
