The skills required are:
• Working with business stakeholders in setting product development priorities to fit the evolving global electronic trading strategy, with a particular focus on algorithmic trading, smart order routing, sales trading tools, internalization, and direct market access
• Manage product change throughout front to back office
• Work closely with Electronic Trading desk in evaluating and quantifying electronic trading product improvements, client service enhancements, risk management improvements, and audit/regulatory compliance remediation.
