Product Manager
The candidate will be responsible for making sure new funds are prepared for launch in terms of regulation under the UCITS IV directive. The focus of this role is on fund documentation from the launch phase, and then the continual maintenance of the fund. The candidate will need a good understanding of fund structure across all asset classes
Post launch of a new fund the candidate will provide support on forthcoming fund initiatives, country registration and management reporting. It is important that the successful candidate has a strong understanding and knowledge of the regulatory framework associated with these products. The correct candidate should also have the ability to get involved in the operational activities of fund launches.
This is a high profile position with a large amount of responsibility which requires strong communication skills as you will be dealing with senior management and other business parties such as legal teams, transfer agents, and custodians amongst others.
