Position Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a critical liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Alliances/Partners to bring PROS pricing solutions to market.  Your responsibilities will include developing highly-targeted, customer-centric software and services value propositions and go-to-market plans.  You will also be charged with development of sales enablement tools and training on our products and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers’ business problems, practices, challenges and solution requirements within the context of PROS target markets.  
• Identify key audiences to target and which capabilities and messaging to target for each audience.
• Collaborate across a global team of sales, product and partners to generate go-to-market plans, marketing content and marketing programs to accelerate growth of PROS solutions.
• Recommend product packaging, positioning, roadmap innovations and pricing in partnership with product management.
• Develop and deliver in-depth training to the sales force and channel partners on the messaging, positioning and value of PROS offerings.
• Design buyer roles and scenarios in support of the demonstrations that can be used by the sales, partner and marketing teams in typical situations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
• 5-10 years general business experience in product marketing and product management.
• Software product launch experience strongly desired.
• Strong presentation skills and a proven ability to communicate customer and market requirements to internal teams, prospects and customers. 
• Ability to create innovative product demonstrations, sales tools, and content.
• Proven ability to prepare content with clear, concise, compelling value and differentiated messaging.
• Flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Fluent in all standard Microsoft office applications.
• Willing to travel ~15% of the time; domestic and international.
