The Product Marketing Manager will develop product strategy for Hearing software/hardware products to capitalize on growth competitive opportunities globally. Will communicate the product strategy with road map planning, product positioning, pricing sales strategy. Responsible for new product development and product improvements within the stage gate process. Prepares product launches with positioning, pricing, forecasting, competitive product analysis and product line analysis. Initiates and manages new product and product development projects based on market intelligence gathered through VOC, market research industry analysis. Work with RD Product Development department on a continual basis during product process to ensure that product design reflects market and customer needs. Lead product growth efforts regionally by collaborating with the regions on appropriate advertising, promotions and sales support.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years in Product Marketing.
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-          1+ years experience with hardware/software product development. Experience with software development - beta testing, firmware interface and experience with software use and able to troubleshoot in a practical way (from the users' perspective)
-          Able to work with end customers sales reps in support of presenting the product.
-          Able to work with many different disciplines (RD, Sourcing, Sales, Tech Support, Marketing, Customer Care) to execute product support product development.
