Our Change functions also have responsibility for creating and fostering a climate of continuous improvement in initiating and delivering projects, striving for excellence and contributing to the overall development of the RBS Group strategy.
As Product Marketing Programme Delivery Lead, you'll operate at a strategic level within UK Personal Banking (retail) in collaboration with Business Services. Your primary responsibility is for the ownership and successful delivery of benefits, within the agreed budget, defined by the relevant programmes / portfolios. You'll set the overall vision and direction for the change portfolio in conjunction with business executives and the Retail Transformation Programme design function, whilst ensuring that all change programmes are aligned to business, functional, operational and strategic plans. The team size will vary by portfolio and fluctuate over the project lifecycle. You may be leading teams of over 100 staff, made up of internal change managers, external contractors and business SME's. You will have a dual reporting line to the Managing Director (MD), Retail Change Business Services and the MD, Products Marketing.
Naturally, as Product Marketing Programme Delivery Lead you'll be an experienced practitioner in the delivery and leadership of complex change programmes, in particular delivering benefits against objectives. It's essential that you are able to influence effectively at Executive level across retail and the Group. You'll be experienced in shaping and delivering change within a FTSE 100 organisation, balancing the stakeholder and the financial and political dimensions expected in a role operating at this level. Additionally, it's essential that you have a proven track record in leading and building capability in a similar sized team, and are effective at leading and operating within a matrix structure.
