POSITION SUMMARY:
This individual is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and delivering marketing commercial programs to support the growth and expansion of the NEMA Low Voltage Motor Control Center Business. Candidate will identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities for market and product line expansion by utilizing information such as trends in customer preference, vertical industries, technology, and competitive landscape.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for driving specific commercial and operational details of marketing plan. Project focus will include leading Ease of Doing Business (EODB) initiatives and market expansion opportunities. This includes marketing leadership, metric development, goal alignment, resources allocation, assigning roles responsibilities, successfully managing project timelines, measurement of plan results, and plan refinement for continuous improvement.

Provide product expertise and commercial marketing support for new and updated product publications such as product pricing catalog, technical data sheets, instruction sheets, publication lists, user manuals, brochures, etc…

Act as product knowledge expert and responds to inquiries from PCAMs, PCTCs, MCC Specialists, RA Sales, channel partners, and customers, both domestic and international, if needed.

Define requirements and coordinate activities for new product implementation in product configuration tools and SAP environments.

Provide product expertise and commercial marketing support in the creation of materials for training field sales, channel partners, customers, divisional personnel, and Rockwell Automation in general.

Provides product expertise and commercial marketing support in the creation of product demos. This includes Demos On-Line, Tradeshow assets, and events such as Automation Fair, Power HOTT, and other training events.

Help identify and build strong relationships internally to leverage opportunities, capabilities, and processes to enhance product offering.

Four-year degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 1 to 3 years related experience (marketing, applications, or sales of motor control products).

Experience in formulating and implementing projects, programs, and commercial communications a plus

Working knowledge of international, national and trade standards and practices of the industry.

Must be willing to travel within U.S. cities 2-5 days per month.
