Product Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a dynamic, highly focused and motivated Product Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in product marketing for software. You'll join our SaaS growing team that is shaping the future of Business Software with PHC FX.
You'll be responsible for crafting the messaging, design the marketing processes to suit the customer business needs and how they buy. You'll monitor win/loss information, design competitive messaging and help conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand.
As the spokesperson for the product, you will be responsible for the content marketing strategy, including product launches, marketing programs and customer events.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the marketing roadmap for the portfolio meets the overall goals of the company
- Aligned with our research team, the ability to develop product positioning and messaging and outbound marketing plans that differentiates the product in the market
- Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the applications to the sales team and develop the sales tools and content that support the selling process
- Product launches - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

Main requirements
- Market intelligence - be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition
- Content Marketing Strategy - develop the messaging for marketing materials and manage both internal and external content producers with a clear scheduling that drive demand for PHC FX
- Plan and work on campaigns with the marketing team
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across the commercial business as well as the product managers and technical resources
- Manage our English speaking marketing strategy, including outbound content: blog posts, web messaging with strong focus in SEO strategy, social media, PR messaging and materials
- 3 + years of marketing experience with software, including an in-depth perspective on customers’ needs preferably focused in cloud including enterprise software / SaaS categories, such as Financials, CRM, ERP, Billing, and e-commerce.marke
- Experience with marketing automation processes, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to improve conversions
- Experience with different international markets, understanding specific trends, consumer needs and marketing messages
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills, with an ability to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional / technical deep dives
- Ability to drive thought leadership both internally, as well as with customers and partners

- Fantastic problem solving abilities, analytical horsepower, and attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to work with distributed engineering, sales, and services teams
- Master (or equivalent) highly preferred in Management, Marketing or Communication
