Product Operations Manager recruitment
In this broad and varied role as Product Operations Manager you are primarily responsible supporting the Head of Product Operations delivering on all strategic and tactical objectives. In addition to managing your Product Specialist team and management of daily operations.
You will be involved in strategising for the continuous improvement of the Product Operations dept. Providing specialist information and liaising with product teams to advance the investment process for clients. This includes product management in overseeing and ensuring all procedures such as KYC/AML documentation, movement of confidential information, cash/stock reconciliation is processed accordingly. Dealing with all escalated queries internally/ externally with emphasis on TCF. Ensuring all product information is up to date and in adherence to CASS rules/ FSA guidelines. Furthermore, you will be training and developing team members driving them to exceed targets pushing the business forward.
To qualify for the role you MUST have:
* Degree educated and be IMC/ IOC/ IAQ qualified
* Proven achievements including project work and process enhancement/ implementations
* Proven leadership and people management skills within Operations
* Come from an Operations Asset Management background
* Demonstrate In-depth KYC/ AML/ CASS/ TCF/ Data Protection knowledge
* HNWI experience and Retail Funds knowledge advantageous
* Excellent ability to communicate complex investment processes at all levels of the business
