Product Performance Manager, Online Acquisition recruitment

The Everyday Banking division is responsible for managing the products our customers rely upon on a day to day basis. Credit Cards, Current Accounts and Overdrafts work hand in glove to exceed the expectations of our customers, ensuring we build long-term, trustworthy relationships and deliver sustainable revenue to Products and Marketing. Our five teams (Credit Cards, Core Current Accounts and Debit Cards, PBA, Packaged and Student, Overdrafts and Acquisitions, Category Development) serve over 12m customers, each with individual needs that we address through perpetual evolution of our products and services.

In this high profile Product Performance Manager, Online Acquisition role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering customer acquisition strategies to attract new credit card and overdraft customers through the online channel, and further expanding and deepening relationships with the wider customer base.

To be successful as Product Performance Manager, Online Acquisition, you'll have online customer acquisition experience in un-secured lending products, gained in a large financial services environment. In addition, you'll have experience of successfully implementing strategic product management projects. Online is our fastest growing customer acquisition channel, and this is a great opportunity to work on some of the most profitable products for this.
