Position Description
The Product Planning Analyst will be for responsible for coordination of all supply and production planning activities involved with the several US production lines; including raw material requirement forecasting, production schedules, stock targets and supply chain structure. This will include plant assignment for campaigns, supply chain and working capital optimization, transition and shut-down planning, overseas supply requirements and raw-material requirement forecasting.
The Product Planning Analyst will own the Sales Operations Planning (SOP)process including responsibility for gathering required sales forecast information; developing detailed production plan and raw material requirements and conducting monthly meetings to communicate plan and KPI’s to the overall team. Aside from the SOP process, product management duties include: customer support, plant support, complaint investigation and response, raw material planning, project support, new business support, and SAP/Planning Support .

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to establish and lead teams in a multi-functional environment
- Ability to multi-task and work in an efficient manner to stay on top of daily responsibilities without losing focus on longer term objectives
- Ability to gather, analyze and present data in support of planning activity
- Strong computer skills required including advanced proficiencies in Excel, and SAP
- Adaptability to change
- Willingness to proactively look for improvements within the supply chain and the processes used to support the business activities
