The 6Sense Knowledge Base (KB) is an ontology whose objects and associated categories form the backbone of our intelligent search engine. We are seeking a talented Product Sales Solutions Engineer who understand semantic search to help our sales team position and sell our 6Sense Product suite comprised of cloud based search services.

Product Sales Solutions Engineers are the primary resource for the field sales on product capabilities and customer product sales support. Product Sales Solutions Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the sales process for the 6Sense Product suite, working in conjunction with the sales team as the product advocate. The Product Sales Solutions Engineer must be able to articulate product positioning and capabilities to customers and help the customer understand ROI and business case for 6Sense product suite. The individual must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle and assist the sales team in customer positioning and value proposition.
Key skills and tasks include:
- Communicates effectively with customers on product capabilities and features
- Maintains opportunity pipeline and customer status
- Follows up on all outstanding quotations to successfully close the sale
- Works with customers to create ROI and demonstrate value proposition
- Responds to RFP/RFI and create unsolicited proposals
- Performs sales presentation and demos on product suite
- Assures that customers’ requirements are properly documented.
- Assists product with future roadmap requirements by articulating customer needs and required enhancements to offering
- Builds Sales tools and kits to assist sales in positioning and selling 6Sense products and services
- Creates product configurations and pricing based on customer needs
- Works with Partner team to integrate 6Sense into 3rd parties that drive 6Sense revenue
- Coordinates product liaison between sales, development, and quality for our customer.
