Product Specialist/ Product Owner recruitment
Product Specialist vacancy with a leading entrepreneurial City based investment specialist, also voted as one of the top 100 SMEs firms to work for by the Sunday Times.
In this role as Product Specialist you will be the expert of a specific product area and responsible for all operational related queries including product management, business support, quality assurance and regulatory oversight.
You will be responsible for dealing with client/ IFA requests and processing business applications such as allotments, cash withdrawal, draw downs, liquidations in accordance to CASS obligations. Processing cash/stock reconciliations, registration and withdrawal instructions, and providing specialist information to members in specialised product teams. Moreover, you will be setting up client accounts in accordance to KYC/AML procedures and be involved in system/ process improvements.
To qualify for the role you MUST have:
* Degree educated or equivalent and be IMC/ IOC/ IAQ qualified
* Experience within Financial Services in an Operational capacity
* In-depth KYC/ AML knowledge
* Experience in liaising with clients/ IFA directly
* Been involved in projects and/or implementations
* Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with proven achievements
The successful candidate will also possess superb written and verbal communication skills, strong team player, eye for detail, driven and self-motivated.
