Product Specialist - Technical Support Engineer - Fluent in English and Spanish

If you are a Product Specialist or Technical Support Engineer that is fluent in English and Spanish, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- Must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently
- Must have a 4 year engineering degree
- Experience with SQL or Oracle
- Financial experience a plus

What you'll be doing:

- Provide phone and email consultancy to troubleshoot customer's issues
- Provide Technical support to assist sales with prospective clients
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner
