Product Specialist/Manager recruitment
Responsibilities
ØResearching, understanding, and documenting business requirements and industry trends
ØPerforming the critical thought necessary to model solutions that (a) meet the stated functional requirements and (b) fit logically into the structural framework of our existing product line
ØCreating functional specifications and presenting proposed solutions to business analysts and senior management
ØCreating test plans, deployment plans, and user documentation
ØProvide guidance to solve functional system problems
ØProvide system expertise in a pre-sales and post-sales capacity.
Background and Skills
ØBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related discipline
ØFive - Ten years of experience in a similar position and industry
ØKnowledge of, and strong demonstrated interest in, global financial markets and financial products (foreign exchange, fixed income, and derivatives)
ØExcellent communication and writing skills (writing samples will be required)
ØExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
ØExperience and understanding of relational database concepts
