Product Specialist/Operations Associate recruitment
The Business Analyst will support the work stream leads across all aspects of the project.
Main duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Analysis
- Documenting the as-is operating model, business process and system flows
- Supporting the design of to-be operating model, business process and system flows
- Gathering and analyzing of end user requirements
- Ad-hoc analysis as required
* Data gathering as required to support System Configuration
* Contribute to the system testing cycle
* Contribute to the production of end user training materials
* Contribute to end user training delivery
* Contribute to system deployment activities
* Contribute to post go-live end user support activities
